General help
Email [email protected]. Include your app version, device model, and what happened, but never send your password.
Safety and abuse
Use the Report and Block actions available from comments, profiles, and conversations. For urgent follow-up, email [email protected] with the username, clip or conversation, and a brief description.
Account deletion
In the app, open Settings → Delete account. Marketplace subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Apple or Google subscription settings.
